Privacy & Trust

When you upload a resume, we extract the text only to run that interview and then discard it — it is not saved to any database or file. It lives in memory for the duration of your session and is gone when the session ends. We never share or sell it.

• We don't record or keep your audio. Voice is transcribed live to run the conversation and to build your feedback.
• If you're signed in, your scorecard, transcript and progress are saved to your own account so you can review them and track improvement. You can ask us to delete them anytime.
• If you practise as a guest, nothing is tied to your identity.

We use Google Sign-In for the account. We only read your name, email and profile picture to identify your account and email you your report if you ask. We never post anything or access anything else.

InterviewLab is an honest practice tool. We are not a hidden "copilot" that feeds you answers during a real, live interview. We help you get genuinely better before the interview — that's the whole point.

We use privacy-friendly product analytics (aggregate funnel counts and Microsoft Clarity) to understand what's working and fix what isn't. This is used to improve the product, not to profile you.
